As soon as you create a university account, you will be able to define the landing page of the university, setting a logo, providing the contact information, website or social networks. This landing page would be reachable for public and they can learn more about the university, they can browse all available place offers or contact to the responsible staffs of the university.
Yes, Hominext is completely free for tenants. Students can create an account for free and start searching. We are also offering them our intelligent matching system so they can find the ideal apartment or roommates.
Tenants can send their rent request to the specific place offers. Landlord or agent can check the rent requests and as soon as they accept a rent request, an agreement would be stablished between the two parties and the specified place would be occupied to the requested tenant.
With a tenant offer, you can describe how your new home should look like, which wishes you have and which rules are important to you. Landlords or shared apartments can find your tenant offer and contact you if they have a matching home for you.
When you have found a suitable apartment or shared apartment, you can send the landlord a rent request. As soon as the landlord accepts your request, a rental agreement is created.
