Hi! I’m Aryan Bharadwaj, 23, and I recently moved to Potsdam for my Masterʹs at the University of Potsdam. I’ve never lived in a WG before, but I imagine it as a nice mix of independence and community — everyone has their rhythm but also enjoys the occasional shared meal, kitchen chat, or movie night.

During the week, I tend to keep evenings relaxed — cooking, listening to music, or watching something — and on weekends, I like a mix of going out to explore and spending cozy time at home. I’d say I’m fairly balanced between being on the go and enjoying downtime in my own space.

I plan to stay in Potsdam for at least 2 years, so I’d love to find a place that feels like home. I’m tidy and believe a weekly shared cleaning routine for common areas keeps things running smoothly. While I don’t have WG experience yet, I’m looking forward to the chance to live with others in a respectful, open-minded atmosphere where we can both enjoy privacy and create a friendly, comfortable home together.
